San Bernardino Visitors Currently Full Summer

The Municipality of San Bernardino, with the support of the National Tourism Secretariat, other institutions and the private sector, intensify cultural, sports, dining and recreational facilities in the project “Sane 365″, with the aim of positioning the city that can generate attractive activities throughout the year. This time, the initiative takes the name of “winter fest” and under that name was organized various activities of 20 to 28 August this year.
San Bernardino is known to be full of visitors during the summer, however, during other seasons is perceived unproductive calm affects the business sector, labor and maintenance of infrastructure, whose costs are then transferred to the services provided during the high season, with the disadvantage of having to increase them.
In short, the purpose of the institutions and the private sector is to reverse the problems that occur during the offseason and make San Bernardino, beyond summer city, becoming a tourist destination throughout the year.
To announce plans for “Winter fest 2011,” its promoters organized a meeting with the press on Wednesday 17 August at 10.00 pm in the Hall Tourist Rogan (Palma 468 – Asunción) that were invited to the national tourism authorities, representatives of the local municipality and the private sector that accompany the initiative.
