Journey Into Asturias 2011

Journey Into Asturias 2011After several months searching for information on this paradise, on July 2, to release my vacation we went to Asturias. We traveled with Paul two years old so the times were a little influenced by this factor. Both the outward and the return we did in two stages. The first night we spent in San Sebastian, then eat in Laredo and finally reach the district of San Justo in Villaviciosa.

There was La Lola, our house. It took a while to find, but worth it. It is a stone farmhouse, tastefully decorated that transports you to another era. No TV in the room but this led us to spend the late afternoons and evenings chatting with the other house guests in the beautiful garden or in the lounge downstairs. Lucia, another girl three years old staying in the house, along with Paula really enjoyed those times playing with Bernie and Moon, the dogs of the house, or the swings in the garden. We also shared a table at the breakfast we prepared consistent Elsa, the owner of the house. Homemade jams and delicious cake to start the Austrian cooler summer days. The location near Villaviciosa is also a plus, because the offsets from there to places we wanted to visit were quite short. Within a radius of 50 kames. We had many interesting things to enjoy.

After spending the first afternoon in Villaviciosa, the first morning we decided to visit Lasers, the town where he has been filming the series “Dr. Matthew”. We imagined full of tourists but we were lucky that it did not. We were able to wander the steep streets of the whitewashed streets with confidence. In tourism and told us we were visiting good scenarios in the series. Also that day we enjoyed a meal rich in Greek beach. The beach is very pretty and has dinosaur footprints. Vista Alleger Restaurant allows you to eat on a raised terrace with spectacular views of the beach. They found that the rations in Asturias have proportions vastly superior to what we are accustomed.

For Paula nap, we decided to reach a truly unique: The Cleona de Cuevas. It is a natural cave several meters in length, is the only entrance to a beautiful village called Cuevas, next to Ribadesella. The cave is a natural curiosity and the roads we were already a pleasure in itself.

Thousand Island is a paradise for tourists

Thousand Island is a paradise for touristsUnder the almost unpronounceable name, the small Republic of Sri Lanka is a paradise for tourists. Sri Lanka is located southeast of India, formerly known as the island of a thousand men.

Despite its size, Sri Lanka is a republic of vital importance in maritime trade, its location between West Asia and Southeast Asia have led to a strong link between these areas and naval Asia.

Today Sri Lanka is shown as a multicultural, ethnic, religious, although mainly Buddhism and Hinduism are the biggest believers gather.

With its beautiful countryside paradise, Sri Lanka has become a major tourist resort of international fame. It has great natural beauty, flooded tropical forests and beaches that make a photograph just watching us fall in love with this small republic.
